Kenrick St. Louis is an accomplished executive with more than thirty years of leadership experience across the water, energy, and manufacturing sectors. He is recognized for his strategic leadership, technical expertise, and strong track record in driving operational excellence, infrastructure reliability, safety, and organizational performance in complex utility and industrial environments.

Currently, Kenrick St. Louis is the General Manager of the National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) in Grenada. In this role, he provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Authority, overseeing water supply and sewerage operations, engineering, asset management, customer service, financial stewardship, infrastructure development, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. He works closely with the Board of Directors to advance sustainability, resilience, and service excellence throughout the organization.

His leadership has consistently been marked by innovation, transformation, and results that have reshaped the organizations under his stewardship. Prior to taking up this role at NAWASA he was a Vice President of Operations at DC Water (Water and Sewer). In addition to his experience in the water industry, he has worked in the Energy industry (Latin America and the Caribbean) with Chevron, Texaco and Rubis, and in Manufacturing with the Grenada Sugar Factory.

Mr. St. Louis is a lifelong learner with a strong academic and professional foundation in engineering, management, and governance. He holds an MBA in Management and Finance, a BSc in Chemical Engineering with an environmental focus, and internationally recognized certifications in Project Management, Reliability Engineering, Supply Chain, and Infrastructure Asset Management. An Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, he has also completed executive education for utility leaders at the Water & Wastewater Leadership Centre, reflecting his strategic leadership and technical expertise.
