Young Peacebuilders

The UNAOC Young Peacebuilders is a peace education initiative that is designed to support young people in gaining skills that can enhance their positive role in issues of peace and security and in preventing violent conflict.

Are you:

between the ages of 𝟏𝟖 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟓?

involved in an NGO or non-profit organization?

interested in developing your skills to 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 in your community, and 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 at the decision-making table?

Then apply for the Young Peacebuilders program for youth in Latin America and the Caribbean through the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC)!

This will be a part virtual, part in-person experience (travel

required) that will help you design and run your own peacebuilding projects in your communities.
