Renuka Ramlakhan is a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and business development, specializing in water and wastewater solutions across the Caribbean. She currently serves as the Sales & Marketing Manager (Ag) at Control Technologies Limited, where she leads commercial strategy, market expansion, and key supplier and client relationships. Renuka is recognized for driving sustained growth, contributing to a significant increase in revenue within the last five years, and successfully expanding the business presence across more than five Caribbean territories.  She has extensive experience managing complex tenders, leading technical sales teams, and representing her organization at major international industry conferences. With a solid technical foundation in industrial instrumentation and a passion for client-focused solutions, Renuka continues to play a pivotal role in advancing innovative and sustainable initiatives in the water sector.
