Request for Clarification should be received no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
The Purchaser will organize (virtually), and Bidders are encouraged to attend, a pre-bid meeting on 21st February 2022 at 10:00 a.m. AST
The purpose of the meeting is to clarify issues and answer questions on any matter regarding this procurement that may be raised at this stage.
Bidders are encouraged to submit their requests for clarifications in writing to reach the Purchaser before the meeting, to enable the Purchaser to prepare comprehensive answers. However, questions may also be asked at the pre-bid meeting, which will be recorded together with the answers provided. Questions and answers will be transmitted in accordance with ITB Clause 7.1.
Minutes of the meeting, including the questions raised and responses given, together with any responses prepared after the meeting, will be transmitted without delay to all those who received the Bidding Documents from the Purchaser. Any modifications to the Bidding Documents, which may become necessary as a result of the pre-bid meeting, shall be made by the Purchaser exclusively by issuing an Addendum pursuant to ITB Clause 8 and not through the minutes of the pre-bid meeting.
