Louise Alfred – Director

Louise A. Alfred hails from the Nature Island of the Caribbean – Dominica. and holds a BA in Marine Biology from the University of the Virgin Islands and a MSc in Natural Resources and Environmental Management (with a concentration in Water Resources Management) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. She is an avid lover of nature, the outdoors and reading.

Currently, she is employed at the Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Ltd. (DOWASCO) in the capacity of Water Resources Officer since 2016. Her role primarily focuses on data collection and liaising with sister and partner agencies as it relates to environmental matters. One of her goals is to make a valuable contribution to the development of water resources and the environment within her country and by extension, the Caribbean.
